Paymaster Rear-Admiral Martin Gilbert Bennett, O.B.E., Royal Navy (28 August, 188016 September, 1972) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

He served as Deputy Judge Advocate of the Fleet from 1930 to 1933.

His son was the naval officer and historian Geoffrey Bennett.
