{LCommRN}} Edward Philip Tomkinson, D.S.O.* ( – 6 May, 1942) served in the Royal Navy. We title his page with a "(b)" to differentiate him from a man of the same age born in 1850.

Life & Career

Tomkinson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1933.

Tomkinson was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1941.

He died when Urge was lost without a trace.
