Admiral John Philip Rolleston, D.S.O., Royal Navy, Retired (10 April, 1859 – 12 December, 1936) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Captain
Rolleston was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1903.[1]
Flag Rank
Rolleston was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 13 December, 1913, vice Sturdee.[2]
He was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 9 January, 1919,[3] and was advanced to Admiral on the Retired List on 3 March, 1924.[4]
