Rear-Admiral SIR Wellwood George Courtenay Maxwell, K.B.E., C.M.G., D.L. (11 August, 18829 July, 1965) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Commander in H.M.A.S. Australia before the end of the war. Commanded H.M.S. Lord Clive in 1921. On 2 February 1922 became Maintenance Commander on the staff of the Commander-in-Chief at Rosyth.
