Alwyn William Reginald Adams

Lieutenant-Commander Alwyn William Reginald Adams, D.S.C., R.N. (31 December, 1907 – 18 February, 1972) served in the Royal Naval Reserve and the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Adams was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1931.[1]

World War II

Adams was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1939.[2]

Adams was granted the acting rank of Commander on 1 November, 1944.[3]

Adams was placed on the Retired List on 31 December, 1952.
