Rear-Admiral (retired) Andrew James Kennedy, (20 January, 1834 – 17 February, 1895) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Kennedy was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 6 August, 1855.
Kennedy was promoted to the rank of Commander on April, 1866.
Kennedy was promoted to the rank of Captain on 13 October, 1876.
Placed on the Retired List on account of age in accordance with the provisions of Order in Council of 22 February, 1870 dated 24 July, 1889.
Kennedy was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 20 June, 1891.
