Arthur William Jerningham

Admiral (retired) Arthur William Jerningham, ( – 24 November, 1889) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Jerningham was promoted to the rank of Commander on 22 February, 1841.

Jerningham was promoted to the rank of Captain on 22 February, 1851.

Jerningham was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 24 May, 1867.

Jerningham was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 29 May, 1873.

Jerningham was promoted to the rank of Admiral on [illeg] September, 18[illeg].

He died at Bournemouth.
