Edward Powell Smythies

Commander Edward Powell Smythies, (17 February, 1854 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Smythies was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 April, 1878.

Smythies was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander on 17 February, 1899.
