H.M.S. PC 69 was one of twenty "PC" class patrol boats built for the Royal Navy.
The boat was sometimes referred to as P 69 or PQ 69 in contemporary documents.
Service
She was one of four PC boats and nine P boats operating with Reserve Complement at Devonport in September, 1919.[5]
Reduced to C. & M. Party at Devonport on 26 October, 1919.[6]

- Lieutenant R.N.R. in Command Harry Welch, 30 April, 1918 – 11 August, 1918
- Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. Guy S. Owen, 19 July, 1918[7][8] – 18 March, 1919[9]
