H.M.S. Zinnia was one of twelve Azalea Class sweeping sloops completed for the Royal Navy.
Service
Her captain, Lieutenant-Commander Wilson was awarded a D.S.O. for engaging an enemy submarine while in command of Zinnia on 8 May, 1917.
