John Arthur Fellows

Lieutenant-Commander John Arthur Fellows, R.N. (6 November, 1879 – 19 July, 1933) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Fellows's father was Major General Stewart Fellows of the Indian Army, but both his parents were dead by November 1903. Fellows himself was born in India.

Fellows was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1901.

Fellows was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1909.

Though he'd been pencilled in for an appointment in Argyll, Fellows retired at his own request on 25 January, 1910.

Fellows returned to naval service for the war, and reverted to the Retired List on 9 February, 1919.
