Captain (retired) Norman Cameron Moore, D.S.O., M.V.O. (25 January, 1889 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Portobello, the son of Cdr. W. J. Moore, R.N..[1]
Moore was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 July, 1909.[2]
Moore was appointed to Sir John Moore as gunnery officer on 17 June, 1916.[3]
Moore was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 July, 1917.[4]
Moore was promoted to the rank of Commander on [illeg] June, 1923.[5]
Moore was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Captain on 6 February, 1935.[6]
