Norman Godfrey Macalister

Captain (retired) Norman Godfrey Macalister, R.N. (3 February, 1861 – 21 May, 1927) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Argyllshire.

Macalister was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 11 July, 1882.

Macalister was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1895.

Macalister was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Captain on 13 February, 1906.
