Vice-Admiral (retired) Richard Evans (31 May, 1861 – 4 May, 1927) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Evans was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 22 May, 1861.

Evans was promoted to the rank of Commander on 29 May, 1872.

Evans was promoted to the rank of Captain on 29 June, 1883.

Evans was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on
