Richard William Hope

Captain Richard William Hope, R.N., Retired (4 August, 1843 – 4 March, 1917) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Hope was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 25 January, 1866.[1]

Hope was promoted to the rank of Commander on 19 March, 1880.[2]

Hope was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Captain on 9 January, 1893.[3]
