Lieutenant-Commander Robert George Pierson Bulkeley, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Bulkeley was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 June, 1941.[1]

Bulkeley was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 April, 1949.[2]
