Lieutenant William John Bailey (14 July, 1868 – 10 December, 1922) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Bailey was made a Chief Boatswain on 1 April, 1912,[1] and appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 104 on 30 September.[2]
Bailey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 13 September, 1918.
Placed on Retired List at own request 13 July, 1922.
