Philip Esmonde Phillips ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Phillips was appointed in command of the submarine A 7 on 10 May, 1912.[1]
He was appointed in command of the submarine B 6 on 20 February, 1914.[2]
On 1 November, 1917, Phillips was in command of the submarine E 52 when she sank the UC 63 north of the Dover Net Barrage in a surfaced night attack.[3]
Phillips was appointed in command of the submarine L 12 on 16 October, 1918.[4]
