Thomas Gilbert Carter ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Carter was appointed in command of the destroyer Arun on 17 September, 1911.[1]

Carter was appointed in command of the patrol boat P31 on 17 December, 1918.[2]
