Harold Francis Beckham Handley ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Handley was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 035 in October, 1912.^[1]

On 13 August, 1914, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Virago.^[2]

In 1918, Handley was appointed in command of the gunboat Gnat.^[3]
