Roger Leigh Wiles ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Wiles was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 065 on 1 August, 1909.^[1]

On 28 May, 1914, Lieutenant Wiles was appointed to command the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 036, but was to be borne in Triumph.^[2]

Wiles was appointed in command of the destroyer Whiting on 11 August, 1914.^[3]
