Lieutenant Hugh Babington ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Babington was promoted to Sub-Lieutenant on 15 January, 1912.[1]
On 15 June, 1914, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.[2]
He was appointed in command of the patrol boat PC 63 on 2 September, 1918.[3]
