Frank Power O'Reilly ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

O'Reilly was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 7 on 21 January, 1913.[1]

He was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 11 on 1 August, 1914.[2]
