Captain John Douglas Harvey, R.N. (10 October, 1891 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Harvey was appointed in command of the destroyer Oriole on 17 December, 1917.[1]
He was appointed in command of the submarine Starfish on 24 October, 1919.[2]
