Frank Henderson Pegram, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Lieutenant Pegram was appointed as First Lieutenant and Gunnery officer in General Craufurd in July, 1918.

World War II

Pegram commanded Glasgow from July, 1939 to April, 1940.
