Commander (retired) Frederick Wilfrid Fogarty Fegen (19 September, 1889 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy. His name, "Wilfrid" is offered in a variety of ways: "William" in the December 1918 Navy List, and as "Wilford" and "Wilfred" in the some readings of his Service Records. Fegen was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 November, 1909.
