Admiral SIR Randolph Frank Ollive Foote, K.C.B., C.M.G., Royal Navy, Retired (14 May, 1853 – 28 November, 1931) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Foote was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 22 March, 1908, vice Dyke Acland.[1]
