Vice-Admiral John Borlase Warren, R.N., Retired (27 March, 1838 – 29 January, 1919) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was promoted to the rank of Commander on 24 July, 1871.
He was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1880.
He was appointed in command of the second class battleship Rodney on 29 October, 1889.[1]
In accordance with the provisions of the Order in Council of 22 February, 1870, he was placed on the Retired List, dated 27 March, 1893.
