Paymaster Rear-Admiral Martin Gilbert Bennett, O.B.E., Royal Navy (28 August, 1880 – 16 September, 1972) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Early Life & Career

He was promoted to Paymaster on 8 Aug ust, 1912.[1]

He served as Deputy Judge Advocate of the Fleet from 1930 to 1933.

His son was the naval officer and historian Captain Geoffrey Bennett.
