Commander Frederick Arthur Pearce Foster, R.N. (24 January, 1889 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Foster was appointed in command of the destroyer Martin on 21 December, 1917.[1]
On 27 April, 1920, Foster was appointed in command of the destroyer Yarra.[2]
