Lieutenant Samuel Collins, R.N. (? – 2 September, 1917) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Collins's seniority as a Warrant Officer (Boatswain) was 7 February, 1877.
Collins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1898.[1]
