H.M.S. Moorsom was one of one hundred and three destroyers of the "M" class built for the Royal Navy during the Great War.

Service

At the Battle of Jutland, Moorsom operated as one of six Harwich Force destroyers screening the Second Battle Cruiser Squadron.[7]

Some time in 1918, a torpedo was fired while the tube was trained inboard, in harbour. No details on the mayhem were provided.[8]

Reduced to C. & M. Party at Devonport, 15 October, 1919.[9]
