Commander (retired) Charles Wolseley Parker, R.N. (18 September, 1887 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Montgomery, North Wales, the son of Reverend F. W. Parker. People tended to think of him as "slow".
Parker was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 September, 1908.
Parker was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 September, 1916.
Post-War
Parker was placed ont he Retired List with the rank of Commander on 5 June, 1929.
Parker was promoted to the rank of Flight Lieutenant (R.A.F.) on 15 June, 1938.
