Lieutenant-Commander (retired) William Thomas Ahearn, R.N. (6 November, 1875 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Ahearn was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 4 April, 1900.[1]
Ahearn was appointed in command of the special service vessel Traveller on 27 November, 1905.[2]
Ahearn was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 4 April, 1915.
Ahearn was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 12 August, 1922. He was placed on the Retired List on account of age on 6 November, 1925.
Ahearn was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 12 August, 1930.
