Lieutenant William Peel Hillyar, (28 April, 1863 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Hillyar was awarded the Goodenough Medal, being the Sub-Lieutenant who achieved the highest gunnery examination for the year and while also achieving a first-class certificate in seamanship.
