Commander (retired) Norman Burgoyne Youel, (9 September, 1860 – 25 July, 1956) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Youel was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 11 July, 1882.

Youel was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander on 9 September, 1905.
