Lieutenant John Stuart Binny Scott, R.N. (1 February, 1888 – 18 October, 1914) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Wilson Grove, Southsea. Scott entered the training ship Britannia in May, 1903. He emerged a Midshipman and was appointed to the battleship Magnificent on 15 September, 1904. He remained in her through 5 November, 1906.
Scott was promoted to the rank of Sub-Lieutenant on 15 November, 1907.
Scott was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1910.
Scott was lost in E 3 when she was sunk by U 27 off the German coast.
