Commander Hugh Alfred Vernon Haggard, D.S.O., D.S.C. (21 June, 1908 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Haggard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 December, 1931[1] after serving in the light cruiser Cardiff from earlier in the year.
World War II
Haggard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 December, 1939.[2]
Haggard was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 January, 1943.[3]
He was placed on the Retired List on 19 November, 11 1953.[4]
