Commander Peter Edward Newstead, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Newstead was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 March, 1938.
Newstead was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 March, 1946.
Newstead was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 July, 1951.
