Lieutenant-Commander Francis Charles Victor Brightman, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Brightman was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 24 May, 1932.[1]
World War II
Brightman was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 24 May, 1940.[2]
