Lieutenant-Commander Harry Douglas Barlow, D.S.O. (29 April, 1905 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Barlow was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1927.
Barlow was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 October, 1935.[1]
