Rear-Admiral William Collins, (16 June, 1843 – 9 January, 1917) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Collins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 22 September, 1864.
Collins was promoted to the rank of Commander on 9 January, 1878.
Collins was promoted to the rank of Captain (retired) on 31 December, 1886.
Collins was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral (retired) on 13 March, 1901.
