Commander (retired) George Colburne Higgins, (5 November, 1846 – 22 November, 1918) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Higgins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 June, 1869.
Higgins was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Commander on 18 December, 1888.
