Commander Percy James Oliver, (11 October, 1895 – ) served in the Royal Navy from the 1920s through World War II.

As with many men born c. 1899 or later, his Service Records at The National Archives do not reflect activity between 1931 and 1939 or so. This is odd, given his date of birth precedes this time band.

Life & Career

Oliver was promoted to the rank of Mate on 1 December, 1921.[1]

World War II

He retired on 11 October, 1945.[5]
