Commander Maurice William Portman, (10 October, 1858 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Portman was awarded the Goodenough Medal, perhaps for 1884, being the Sub-Lieutenant who achieved the highest gunnery examination for the year and while also achieving a first-class certificate in seamanship.
