Lieutenant Henry Edward Rooper, (12 October, 1853 – 3 November, 1886) served in the Royal Navy.
He was the younger brother of Hugh Blencowe Rooper, who also served in the Navy.
Life & Career
Rooper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 18 April, 1878.
He died when a pistol was accidentally dropped aboard Flying Fish.
