H.M.S. Epsom was one of thirty-two Ascot Class paddle minesweepers completed for the Royal Navy.
Service
Epsom collided with Melton on 22 August, 1916, resulting in a severe reprimand for the other ship's commander.[7]
In January, 1921, Epsom was one of thirteen minesweepers lying paid off at Rosyth.[8]
