Lieutenant James Willmot Samuel Culham, ( – 18 April, 1943) served in the Royal Navy.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Culham was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 February, 1941.

He was lost in the submarine Regent.
