Lieutenant-Commander John Shenstone Prescott-Roberts (23 July, 1889 – ) served in the Royal Navy. One of his Service Records has his name as Shendone.
Life & Career
Low certificate grades prevented his selection when he applied for Navigation in 1910. In March 1911, he underwent surgery for appendicitis. He was not declared fit until 21 October.
Prescott-Roberts was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1912.

In 1925, an evaluator found him to be "Good physical qualities, but not athletic or keen on games."
On 21 October 1931, he was logged for being absent from Greenwich without leave.
Captain Boxer recorded that Prescott-Roberts had "no outstanding qualities in this appt." and opined that he'd do well in a single ship, but not in command of a group of ships in reserve.
Retired at his own request dated 23 July, 1932.
