Edward Courtney Boyle ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Boyle was appointed in command of the submarine D 3 on 25 March, 1914.[1]
On 19 October, 1914, he was appointed in command of the submarine E 14.[2]
In January, 1923, Boyle was appointed in command of the light cruiser Birmingham.[3]
Boyle was appointed in command of the battleship Iron Duke in August, 1929.[4]
